The helpline is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time on school days. We endeavor to respond to all requests within 24 hours on business days. This is a service for schools. If you’re a parent or student, please reach out to your school or district with your request so that an administrator or other staff member can call and work with us as well as you.
